1.1 Do I have to create an account to be able to order?

You need an account to follow the status of your order. Moreover, you can pay faster when making a purchase. In addition, you can view previous orders in your account, reorder and adjust your account details and password. Also returns are easy to register.

1.2 How does Jaimy Mode deal with complaints?

If you are not satisfied with the products or services of Jaimy Mode & Accessoires, do not hesitate to contact us. If you have a complaint about a delivered article or our service, we ask you to contact us in writing.

Send your e-mail to klantenservice@jaimymode.nl. State your name, address, e-mail and telephone number, any customer number, order number and article number in your e-mail.

A complaint submitted to Jaimy Mode & Accessoires will be answered within 48 hours of receipt.

2 Shipping
2.1 Is it possible to send an order to multiple addresses?

You can only enter one delivery address per order. The invoice and delivery address may differ from each other. You can enter this in your account or during the payment process.

2.2 How soon will I receive my order?

The delivery time differs per country. Jaimy Mode & Accessoires strives to deliver every order as soon as possible. Within the Netherlands, we strive to deliver your order the next working day, provided it is ordered before 20:00 and does not involve subsequent delivery. Outside the Netherlands this is within 7 working days.

3 Returns & Exchange
3.1 Can I exchange my items?

Yes, it is possible to exchange your article for a size larger or smaller. When an article is exchanged, Jaimy Mode & Accessoires will take care of the shipping costs of the item to be sent again. It is unfortunately not possible to exchange items from the Jaimy Collection.

3.2 Can I return SALE items?

Yes, this is possible. You can return SALE items under the same conditions.- NOTE: Sale items with a discount of 50% or more can not be returned.

3.3 I want to return items, do I have to pay shipping costs?

Yes, the return costs are for your own account.

3.4 How can I track my return?

You can easily track the status of the return via your account.

3.5 Can I return my purchase?

Yes, it is possible to return your purchase.

Log in: Log in to jaimymode.nl You are now on the account dashboard.When you do not have an account you can easily create it with the e-mail address with which you made the order.
Order: Open the order to be returned.
Returns: Press the "return items" button.
Articles: Select the items you want to return.
Reason: Enter the reason for your return and indicate the return action.
Send: Press send and send the return to the following address:

These conditions apply:

- Returns within 14 days after receipt of order
- The item must be returned in the same conditions as we have sent it. (original packaging, no damage)
- The article must be complete; to provide the original cards and labels.
- The article should not show any user traces. Damaged or used items are not credited.
- The clothing is not worn and / or washed
- There are no food stains, make-up stains, body odors or cigarette smells on the items.
- The shipping risk and the costs of returning are for the buyer. Jaimy Mode & Accessoires advises the customer to send return of an article by registered post if necessary.
- Insufficient or non-franked return shipments are not accepted by us.
- If our return conditions are not met, we reserve the right to return shipments and charge you the shipping costs.
- NOTE: Sale items with a discount of 50% or more can not be returned.

 

Of course we would like you to have fitted the garment for a moment, this is of course possible. You will be refunded the invoice amount within 14 days to the account with which you paid the transaction. It is not possible to return the purchase price in cash.
